| 2 | Shifting of 1 No. 40 KVA DG set from Hullahalli, Mysore to Yellapur under Karwar with all its accessories like Control panel, Fuel tank, Residential Silencer, Exhaust pipe etc in a single suitable transport vehicle of total ONE WAY distance Approx 500 Kms by engaging enough labourers for dismantling of all Accessories of DG Set, disconnecting all cables, earth connections, towing, lifting, loading at Hullahalli exchange and unloading at Yellapur BSNL exchange without any damages, positioning these DGs at earmarked location/ DG room etc as reqd. |
| 3 | Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above DG set of 40 KVA along with all existing accessories i/c placing the above DG set atdesired place / engine foundation, Carrying Out B-check Oil Servicing of DG by engaging DG mechanic with existing consumables like 15W40 Lube Oil, Fuel filters, Lube Oil filter etc, draining out old Engine oil from the sump, filling new Oil, replacing Fuel and Oil filters, tightening all the bolts & nuts to the reqd torque, applying petroleum jelly on battery terminals , checking the V-belt tension, Opening and cleaning of AirFilter assembly, making connections of all existing Power cables and Control Cables, making Earthing Connections, Carrying out initial test running the DG for its healthiness i/c cleaning the set, removing the AVR connections from the alternator, connecting the batteries, removing air lock in fuel lines, starting the DG, checking for any abnormalities, if found normal, induce the excitation voltage through AVR, checking the output voltage of alternator, Dynamo Output, Exhaust Fumes etc, testing on no load & on existing Exge load, speed, voltage regulation, functional parameters, tuning the same etc as reqd. (Consumables like oil, filters will be paid in separate item)a)40 kVA DG set at Hullahalli Mysore without Canopy |
| 4 | Supplyof the following consumables/ spares for the Engine during servicing / repair works, testing complete as required. Make :- Kirloskar/Castrol/ Servo / Simlr Supr make & grades. a)15W-40 and Above grade Lube Oil. |

| 9 | Replacement of Hydraulic Rubber Fuel hose pipe of size 5/16\" and length as per site requirement made of quality rubber with medium reinforcement layer and Banjo bolts and surclips to arrest the diesel leakages etc as reqd. (Make: Polyhose or ISI approved) |
| 10 | Supply and Fixing of Metal Braided flexible fuel hose pipe consists of a synthetic-nitrile inner tube with a partial stainless steel reinforcement inner braid with Banjo Bolts & washers etc. up to 2.5 feet long. |
