Rates for “24x7 Operations and Maintenance of Sitarganj Urban and Rural water supply scheme under Udham Singh Nagar.” {such as Leakage repair and removing of chowkage (Water), Pump operation/Valves operation, Resolving of consumer complaint of contaminated water etc, Excavation work for chowkage and leakage work etc, O&M of consumer grievance redress center & Office, O&M of water Tanker, Distribution of water/Sewer Bill & Cleaning of cwr/oht/pump house and its campus & tubewell campus, Pump House/ tubewell campus at least 2 times in a year, Date must be Marked on oht/cwr and resolving of consumer complaint of contaminated water, not getting water and other complaint i.e CM helpline 1905 or other state level complaint Portal, under Khatima Division.
