(Extensive work like Cutting / replacing the pipeline shall not fall under the preview of this contract).,, 2 ,,TERMINAL STATIONS-The terminal stations both at the furnace end and laboratory end will be checked to ensure proper working. 1. Door locking assembly 2. Unlatching coil alignments etc.,, 3 ,,AIR EQUIPMENT- The compressed air line assembly consisting of Gate Valve, Air Separator, Filter, Pressure Regulator, Solenoid Valve etc., will be checked cleared of foreign matter. The moisture/dust that may have collected will be drained off. The Solenoid Valve and Pressure Regulator settings and periodically maintenance can be done.,, 4 ,,WIRING AT THE STATIONS- The wring at the stations will be checked such that there is no shorting of the terminal, and no loose ends of wires are hanging.,, 5 ,,CARRIER- The buffers of the carriers in use will be thoroughly checked and necessary replacements if any required will be made. The assembly will be thoroughly checked for free movement in the transportation tubes.,, 6 ,,CONTROL CIRCUIT AND RELAYS- The control panels at both ends will be checked for the functioning of the various elements in the control panel.
