No. Item Description 1 WORK 2 The following works are carried out for Replacement of Gaskets of 63MVA T/F-II (VICTORY make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV Sub Station Fatehgarh, with all Cost of Men. Misc. Consumables, Crane / Hydra, Centrifuging Machine, Normal & Special T&Ps, etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below:- 3 Complete dismantling of 63 MVA T/F-II. The scope of work involved dismantling of HV/LV/Neutral bushing, turrets, radiators, conservator tank, explosen vend pipe, brucholz relay, flanges, vaulves, cooling fans etc. along with opening of associated electrical connections. Stacking of all dismantled parts at proper place in switchyard including proper blanking of open points before replacement of gasket. The work includes draining of the T/F Oil upto required level for completing the job from the 63MVA Transformer - II into Oil Tanker/Oil Drums and Stacking them at Proper Place. 4 Complete Replacement of Gaskets of 63MVA Transformer - II. The Scope of Work Involves Removal of old / damaged Rim Gasket of Transformers Top Cover and old / damaged gaskets of different Parts of the Transformer by Cleaning of Surfaces, Providing & Fabrication of Gaskets out of good Quality Rubberized Cork Sheet Gaskets of Konica / Troborze/Nu-Cork make having Temperature Bearing Capacity around 380°C and Fixing the Gaskets with Adhesive at Rim & other Surfaces. The job also includes replacement of broken inspection glass of the transformer. 5 Erection of HV/LV and Neutral bushing with its turrets, inlet-outlet and OLTC pipelines with all valves, surge relay, buchholz relay, inspection covers, tap changer gearbox, radiators heaters, PRVs, oil pumps, expansion joints etc. after the gasket replacement of 63MVA M/S VICTORY make Transformer. 6 Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating th T/F oil through PVT. Centrufuging machine and taking the BDV value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved. Approx. 20 KL
