Modification Of Cmd Cabin And Providing File Cupboards In Materials Department -Fabricating & fixing wall mounted file storage cabinet made of 16mm thick 710 grade Marine plywood panels and back panel with 9 mm thick PVC board of approved make. The shutters are to be made of 16mm thick 710 grade Marine plywood. The exposed portions are finished with machine pressed 1mm thick laminate and inside portions with 0.7mm thick laminate of approved make & shade. The edges are finished with machine pressed edge banding of required thickness (2 mm thick for shutters & .8 mm thick for cabinet). The inside clear width of the cupboards shall be 40 cm. The rates shall be inclusive of all accessories like Auto closing hinges, Multipurpose lock and Aluminum/SS handles/knob of approved make. (Accesories shall be of Ebco/Hettich). 3 Supplying and fixing PVC coated ceiling boards of Gyproc or other approved make of 600x600x12mm size over inter locking aluminium ceiling grids with 25x25x1.5mm anodized aluminium angles or equivalent sections fixed alround walls at the required height for false ceiling using rawl plugs, screws etc. 36x25x1.5mm anodized aluminium main tees or equivalent sections 600 mm intervals suspended from the roof using adjustable 6mm suspension rod/ angle sections, holding nuts, washers etc. 25x25x1.5mm Tees interlocked to this main Tees at bottom part including providing necessary frame work for tube light fittings etc. complete as per the direction. No deductions shall be made for light points. 4 Dismatling wooden partition with particle board and teak wood frames carefully without damaging the nearby partitions, including stacking the servisable goods at places pointed out by the engineer in charge. 5 Providing and fixing cabin partition to match with the existing partition with 12mm thick both side prelaminated exterior grade particle board, confirming to the relevant IS Specifications (Novopan make or equivalent approved brand) in teak wood frames of size in 75x37mm (3x1.5)firmly fixed to existing members with screws at suitable intervals, providing teak wood beading of size 37mmx9mm on either side of the partition and fix with brass nails to hold the particle board. All the exposed wood work should be stained and lacqer finished to match with the existing works. 6 Providing wall panelling with 6mm ply 710 grade BWR, laminated with 1 mm laminates, including providing base frame work with approved quality wood battens of 25 x 45 mm or matching size with the existing battens at a distance of 300mm horizontally and 500mm vertically through out the length, laying in both the directions, forming a framework to walls inclduing cost of all materials, labour etc. complete. 7 Painting to ceiling with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint (Ace, nippon) one coat over a coat of cement primer including washing and cleaning the surface etc complete at all heights. 8 Replacing existing laminate sheets with new 1mm laminates including carefully removing and refixing the beedings/ frames for fixing the laminates, with approved laminates etc. complete. 9 Replacing ceiling boards with new PVC coated ceiling boards of Gyproc or other approved make boards of 600x600x12mm or nearest size over the existing ceiling grids, including removing the existing boards, disposing / stacking the same any where within the company premises as per the direction of engineer in charge. => Limited
