Provision Of Centralized Ac Facility To Sitara Sports Complex In Iit Madras

Bidder to verify and get approval from consultant on thickness of HDPE and insulation as per the soil / digging depth etc. The above complete scope including any power / control cables / supports /cable tray / earthing etc including any termination as required will be considered by the bidder. The pipe installation will be included with supports, all fittings, accessories etc as required at site. This will be laid underground (within the mud / concrete etc) and hence necessary precautions to be considered for erecting the pipes. The complete digging, laying, positioning, covering the ground again including any wrapping as requiredwith inspection checker plates / concrete laying / drainage lines etc will have to be considered by the HVAC bidder. There will not be any civil work execution by the client and whatever requirement is there will have to be considered by the bidder. |

Condensate drain pan shall be fabricated and insulated. Pan should be with min 1.2 mm thick stainless steel SS 304 sheet. The motor selected shall be energy efficient TEFC squirrel cage motor (Minimum IE3 rating) with IP55 protection, Class F insulation with temperature raise limited to class B for an ambient of 45 deg C. Motor shall be suitable for 400±10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply. Sound level of unit shall not exceed 60db @ 1m from the filter at full load. Bidder to provide acoustic insulation for fan housing and for all CSU panels as required with min of 10 -13mm thick acousting board insulation along with perforated sheet. Coil Conditions considered is: EWT @6.5 Deg C, LWT - 14 Deg C. (To be verified by supplier and select to suit). CSU shall have a local MCCB for switching off the unit along with controllers panel for operating the CHW automatic control Valves.The electrical panel (to be quoted with CSU including installation etc as required) shall have all inbuilt transformers etc and the same shall be fitted near the CSU s and vendor shall ensure accessibility through Trap door for servicing of panels / units as the case may be. Further, the CSU shall also have a separate VFD control and the entire VFD, it\"s control panel along with RH Sensors & Transmitters /Pr differential sensors/ transmitters, Temp Sensors / Temp Transmitters / RA Sensors etc as required for controling CSU shall be provided by CSU Supplier. Panel price shall be mentioned in the line item below. The RH sensor and Temp sensor shall have set points (Variable) which in turn will give signal to the VFD for varying the speed as per the hysterisis set in the controller. Both the settings will be utilized and the signal can be overruled by any sensor so that both temp and humidity is achieved simultaneously with respect to set points and for whoich 4-20 ma Signal can be used. In addition, small trays shall be provided for the actuator & Valve areas to avoid any sweating of water falling over false ceiling area. After installing it will be the bidders responsibility to do air balancing and change / modify pulley of CSU Motor & Fan Pulley to ensure designed / required flow is given to the conditioned space. |
