| 1 | Repair / servicingto HT Switch gearhaving Ring Main Unit capacity 11 KV rating of capacityup to 630 A by replacing defective/wornout parts of screw, nut bolt , washer and spring to adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:-(a) Opening the metal enclosure and checking the external factors of moisture , dust and heat for protecting the switch gear and controll components(b) Cleaning of RMU with air blower and removing dust particals.(c)Cleaning of insulating places of RMU by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended by the manufacturer.(d) Checking the Movable contact gap mechanism if gap exceeds the permissible limis, readjust as recommended.(e)Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible.(f)Dismentling and cleaning the insulated surfaceswith CTC and CRC.(g) Checking/repair replacement of all electrical wiring for electrical/manual operation of panel including measuring IR values.(h)Checking of all nuts/bolts, springs, levers, latches, connnectors etc and adjustments as required and recommended by the manufacturer.(j) Checking the SF6 (Sulfur hexafluride) gas /Oil/air level) for maintaining properinsulating switch gear system.(k)Checking the incoming and out going cable termination\"s insulation.(l) Checking of all moving Gear mechanism for proper functioning of RMU and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations of protection and control of power ditribution system.(m) Checking the Circuit breaker working of overload and fault curreant interuption. , load break switch and earthinng switch and fuse switch (n) Checking the Load break switch working as isolate the faulty section of the network.(o) Checking Earthing switch for safe path for flow of electricity incase of earth fault. |

| 7 | Repair / servicingto HT pannel ofhaving vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacitycurrent rating up to 800 A by replacing defective/wornout part, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:-(a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals(b)Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended by the manufacturer.(c) Checking the acring contact gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limis, readjust as recommended(d)Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible.(e)Dismentling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC.(f) Checking/repair replacement of all electrical wiring for electrical/manual operation of panel including measuring IR values.(g)Checking of all nuts/bolts, springs, levers, latches, connnectors etc and adjustments as required and recommended by the manufacturer.(h) Recording IR values of CTs and PTs.(j)Cleaning of bus bar spout.(k) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. |
