Appendix-BAnnual overhauling repairs and maintenance to the wet grinder and coconut scrappers. The work should be done as per the directions of department officials at site. All tools and tackles etc. should be arranged by the contractors themselves.

Cleaning of inner and outer portion of wet grinder, putting motor, starter switch, control switches, etc. replacing damaged parts, oil changing in gear box, necessary wiring, welding, grinding, belt checking and replacing grease, applying rotating parts varnishing, an armature winding, etc. complete overhauling maintaining for trouble free and smooth operation of wet grinders.

Cleaning the inner and outer portion of coconut scrapper with 2HP 3 phase induction motor, pulley, starter, etc. replacing the damaged parts, oil changing in gear box, necessary wiring, welding, grinding, sharping in the scrapper teeth, belt checking and replacing grease, applying rotating parts, varnishing in the armature winding, etc. complete for trouble free and smooth operation of coconut scrapper.

Appendix-C Skilled labour engage for day-to-day watch and maintaining of wet grinder and coconut scrapper. The work should be done as per the directions of department officials at site.Necessary occupational safety and health to be maintained as per standard by the labours.

Labour charges for day-to-day watch and maintenance and fault attending for trouble operation and smooth functioning of grinders and coconut scrappers installed in various locations at Pampa and Nilackal round the clock as per the directions of department officials at site during the festival period for 66 days from 15.11.2024 to 19.01.2025 2 Nos. of Mechanic Grade I per day for 66 days from 15.11.2024 to 19.01.2025(02 x 66 = 132 Nos.)
