GBC to Bhanaragarh Road for the Year 2024 -25 - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thicknessas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0kg of Bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray groutingin one layer 0.45 cum tof 25mm to 40mm size hard granite, Page-152,Item no-28 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm with mechanical/manual broom clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (4th revision).A/R,Page-167,Item no-43 4 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion(MS)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surfaces cleaned with mechanical broom includingcost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as perdirection of the Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plantusingcrushedaggregates of 13mm nominal size (Grading-I) premixed with bituminousbinder ofVG-30 ofbitumen,transportingthehot mixtoworksite, laying with a hydrostaticpaverfinisherwithsensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction includingcost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as perdirection of the Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Earth work inexcavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within initial leads and lift including rough dressing ,leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete 7 Providing and filling approved sand well watered & rammed incuing all cost, carriage, royalty, all taxes & labour, etc comp. as per direction of ingineer in charge. 8 Providingconcrete in cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation concrete 40mm size of hand broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete wiht cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the owrk etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 9 Providingconcrete in cement concrete (1:3:6) in Sub Strucure concrete 40mm size of hand broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete wiht cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the owrk etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 10 Providing weep holes in brick/masnory/plain/ RCCabutment and wing wall etc with 100mm dia AC Pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V: 20H towards the drawing face(AR,Page-264,item-7) 11 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pitswith all lifts & leads transporting to site by mechanical means (within a lead of 5Km)spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision)andas per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
