PMC to Umadei berhampur Road for the Year 2024-25 - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thicknessas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Earth work inexcavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within initial leads and lift including rough dressing ,leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete 3 Supplying and filling sand in foundation and plinth including watering and ramming with all cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Providing foundation concrete in cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation concrete 40mm & down grade size of crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position, including curing, dewatering, shoring, centering & shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete wiht cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the owrk etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 5 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-3 for culverts on firs class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protectin works, back filling, concrete and massonry work etc. 6 Plain cement concrete in sub-structure Nominal mix (1:2.5:5) complete as per drawings and tecchinical specification etc. 7 Providing granular sub-base using crusher dust having CBR value not less than 20 & PI value not more than 6 mixed with required proportion of sand of approved quality including laying, spreading in uniform layers watering and compacting to 98% of Proctors density complete for finished item of works including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T & P all other materials required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 8 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing thematerial with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, layingin uniform layers 9 Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0kg of Bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray groutingin one layer 0.45 cum tof 25mm to 40mm size hard granite, Page-152,Item no-28 10 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm with mechanical/manual broom clause 502 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
