    Bids Are Invited For Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC); Monthly; No The service provider’s scope of work shall include the AMCs Detail job Schedule during preventive/breakdown maintenance: a. Cleaning the power source with electric air blower. b. Control testing of power supply unit. c. Testing of earthing of power source units. d. Cleaning and functional checking of flow switches. e. Checking set points of power source water temperature sensor and its position. f. Checking MCCB trip operation when emergency P.B pressed or Door opened. g. Cleaning contacts of MCCB and other switch gears by a solvent like CRC. h. Cleaning of Heat exchanger i. Checking of all interlocks. j. Checking loose connection of bus bars k. Checking any loose connection in the wiring l. Checking valve operation, pipe line, pump gland leakages m. Tightening all nuts and bolts of bus bar in panel, checking the pressure on thyristors by ensuring the free rotation of pressure check washer of pressure plate assembly. n. Tighten all clamps of PVC braided pipe. o. Repair of all electronic components, PCB’s and other electronic and electrical circuits. p. Timely replacement of all degradable components including water pipes to prevent breakdown. q. Testing of all operational parameters. r. Calibration of all meters. s. Maintenance of operating consoles. t. Calibration of meters, pressure guages and other equipments u. Ensuring the satisfactory performance of the equipments Total Quantity :
