WORK AND MATERIAL FOR ADDING 1 NO. 33 KV DPH BAY AT 132 KV SUB STATION DLW KANCHANPUR VARANASI, UNDER ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION DIVISION-I, VARANASI- 1 Laying of 40 mm dia MS round bar 0.7 Meter below ground level including cutting, bending, straightening, welding, and painting, excavation, back feeling & all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of Engineer in charge (M.S. round bar shall be provided by department). 2 Fabrication of electrode by 40 mm dia. MS rods in length of 3 mtr by making an edge at one end for ease in piercing below 1200mm into the ground using wooden hammer completely at all the junction points along with welding & painting at outer periphery of earth mat as per relevant IS(M.S. round bar shall be provided by department). 3 Interconnection of the earth mat laid with the existing earth mat of the 132 KV S/S DLW atspecified point by welding as that complete earth mat acts in coherent manner to provide proper earthing of the substation. 4 Sorting counting shifting of GI structure to loading point and loading on private vehicle at EFU Naini, Prayagraj (4 MT Approx.). 5 Safe Carriage of GI structure(4 MT Approx.) from EFU Naini Prayagraj to 132 KV S/S DLW (Approx distance 140KM) through private vehicle to be provided by the contractor. 6 Unloading of structure(4 MT Approx.) from vehicle, its sorting counting and proper stacking at the premises of 132 KV S/S DLW at suitable place. 7 Erection of structure parts of Main & Auxiliary structure. The job consist to shifting of all material, structure parts, nut bolts washers etc from store to work site, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices. 8 Dismantalling of old security fencing and horizontal angle pales, including gas cutting of stay and upright for extwnsion of switchyard, including dismantalling base of above ground level and shifting material at safe place. 9 Erection of pale fencing for switchyard by way of grouting vertical upsise at approx 3 mtr apart in pit size 350x350x370mm with 1:2:4 cement stone,blast and sand ratio and making platform then fixing of horizontal runner and pales with suitable size of nut bolt and washer including cost of men ,material and T&P but excluding cost of pale fencing and including tag welding of pale fencing all other associated workfencing include welding shifting the material to site etc. including cost of nut & Bolt. 10 Painting of Newly erected pale fencing by scratching, rubbing, with wire brush, cleaning applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of bus green color of standard quality. 11 Erection of following equipments including shifting from different storage location under this Division to 132KV SS DLW erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. 12 36 KV VCB 13 36 KV CT 14 36 KV CT Junction Box 15 36 KV PT 16 36 KV PT Junction Box 17 36 KV LSI 18 36 KV LSI Junction Box 19 36 KV BSI 20 36 KV BSI Junction Box 21 Erection of 33 KV Main Bus bar of Single Moose conductor including stringing of bus bar with disc insulators cutting bending shifting and all other associated work for completion of work satisfactorily(1 Span= 6 mtr) 22 Jumpering of following bay equipments with the help of Twin ACSR Panther conductor including cutting bending clamping with all other associated work from main bus to outgoing isolators for all phases. 23 Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trenches from C&R Panel to various type of equipments, junction boxes in switch yard as per cable schedule, its clamping/binding at every two meter distance with aluminium sticks 25x1mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associatedwork to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification: 24 2x2.5mm²Control Cable 25 4x2.5mm²Control Cable 26 6x2.5mm²Control Cable 27 Termination of following size of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plate or boxes where ever required. Supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferrules and No. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification: 28 2x2.5mm²Control Cable 29 4x2.5mm²Control Cable 30 6x2.5mm²Control Cable 31 Cutting straitening bending laying of 50x6 mm MS flat for earthing of main structures including welding with main earth mat below 500-700 mm of ground level with object to earth excavation of trenches its back filling, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled green colour with all cost of MS flat, Paint, T&P required for completion of work. 32 Earthing of trench alongwith 25x6mm MS flat after cutting and welding with cable rack and trench with all cost of MS flat, including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamelled paint. 33 Fabrication of display board made of M.S. angle iron 50x50x6mm, 3 long support and M.S. board of 2x1 M.S. sheet 18 gauge and M.S. flat iron 25x6mm size 2x1 welded on M.S. sheet after then M.S. pipe of 1.5 dia. fitted around M.S. flat on the sheet board and 0.5 dia M.S. pipe 4 long welded in M.S. angle iron from two places at one side and two at other to complete the display board. Digging pit size 2x2x3 and grouting above board with 1:2:4 cement, ballast, sand ratio and making plinth of size 1x2. Board shall duly painted by yellow color and equipment name shall be written in black. 34 Supply 35 Supply & fixing of 250W outdoor type LED flood light complete fitting with all fixing accessories including bracket and clamps of Philips/Crompton/Havells/Bajaj/Halonix make. Original warranty card should also be submitted along with above material. 36 Tension type gun fitting suitable for 70kN disc insulator complete with all accessories suitable for Moose conductor. 37 PG clamp Moose to Panther made of LM-6 alloy four bolted type complete with good quality nut bolt washer and spring washer exactly as per sample in ready to use condition. 38 PG clamp Panther to Panther made of LM-6 alloy four bolted type complete with good quality nut bolt washer and spring washer exactly as per sample in ready to use condition. 39 Supply of GI Nut bolt of Size 16x40mm 40 Supply of GI Nut bolt of Size 16x45mm 41 Supply of GI Nut bolt of Size 16x50mm 42 Supply of Spring Washer Size 16x3.5mm 43 MS Flate Size 50x6 mm 44 MS Flate Size 25x6 mm
