| 4 | Resetting of damaged, decayed and worn out composite masonry of special size brick using 35% Old and 65% New and R.R. stone structure members 65% Old and 35% New using lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) matching with existing ancient texture of structures very carefully including cost of labours, materials, T&P, curing etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in charge. |
| 5 | Taking out the dislodged , veneering worn out and decade stone structure layer by layer very carefully chiseling and bringing down use full material to the ground by chain pulley and pinning the core wall with disposal of rubbish including cost of labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge |
| 6 | Resetting of damaged, decayed and worn out stone structure members with 30 % Old and 70% New at lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) matching with existing ancient texture of structures very slowly and carefully including cost of labours, materials, T&P ,curing etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in charge |
| 7 | Taking out existing weathered / Damaged lime concrete from floor manual mean using small hand hammer and chisel only without damaging the structure including disposal of material within 200mtrs lead including cost of labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Laying 15 cm thick lime concrete using 50 % mortar of proportion 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) with 20 mm nominal size brick aggregate including ramming, maintaining proper gradient, curing, cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in charge. |
| 9 | Taking out 60mm avg. existing weathered/Damaged mortar from outer and inner surface by manual mean using small hand hammer and chisel only without damaging the structure including raking out joints, disposal of material within 200mtrs lead, cost of labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Providing and laying 60mm avg. thick lime plaster to the outer and inner surface of the walls, ceiling, roof ,parapet wall etc in lime surkhi mortar in proportion 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) layer by layer very carefully to match with the existing plaster after raking out joints ,curing including cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Resetting of stuccos with repairing cracks, voids, crevices and restoring the flaked out plaster including molding, curving with ornamental beads etc in 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) to match with the existing texture etc. very carefully without damaging the original one, cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 12 | Grouting, saturating and consolidating the inner core of the composite masonry i.e. brick & stone masonry after proper cleaning the surface through the both gravitational and mechanical force with the help of liquid lime mortar in proportion 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) including stitching the cracks, cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | Petty patch stones mending work/ water proofing in the cornices grooves and moulding features where ever bulged and out of plumb in the stone masonry with epoxy mortar and pinning with S.S. Anchors up to the desired depth as per the site condition including cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. |
