    Bids Are Invited For 3000010083_ 1_ 82342260020,3000010083_ 2_ I&C 1 3000010083_1_82342260020 415V TPN 800A MCC PANEL1. Design, manufacture, supply of free standing draw out type floor mounted single front MCC having internal base frame. Rating :415Volt,50Hz,800Amp,50KA for 1 sec,TPN,MCC will be having 2 Bus Sections with 2 nos. 1000A ACB INCOMER & 1 no. 1000A BUS-COUPLER,(Maximum Vertical Section-Eight numbers, maximum length of MCC 6.4 mtr.) 2.The panel shall be a OEM factory built with state of art technology.Vendor has to specifically mention the type/design of offered switchboard. Vendor shall provide the type test report of same design. 3.The MCC shall have motor feeders of following rating: FVNR-250A:4nos,FVNR-60A:04nos,FVNR-30A:09nos,FVR30A:06nos other details of motor feeder as mentioned in detailed specification.(Technical specification:Annexure-1 & 2.),(GAD:Annexure3),(Unpriced pricing format:Annexure-4) 4.The Vendor shall design the MCC as per GA drawing enclosed.Vendor has to consider all additional components that shall be required for making the switch board complete as per the enclosed attachments and specifications. 5.Predispatch inspection shall be carried out on Virtual mode. 6.Vendor has to fill up all the attached annexures duly acknowledged/confirmed for technical scrutiny and recommendation. 7.Delivery of material to be completed within 240 days from placement of Purchase order.3000010083_2_I&C Supervision of Installation & Commissioning. The Vendor has to provide supervision of installation & commissioning. Three mandays will be required for the supervision job. Vendor has to depute their service engineer as per prior communication received from NALCO. Vendor has to Quote accordingly. The Commissioning of MCC will be done within 360 days of placement of PO. Total Quantity : 2
