Tender For Pipe Line Works Of Thermic Fluid Heater Of Latex Backing Plant-2 Supply, fabrication and erection of thermic fluid lines with 100 NB C MS C class pipes including,fixing, welding andcutting consumables 3 Supply, fabrication and installation of 100 NBCast steelGlobe valve including,fixing, welding andcutting, consumable, etc 4 Supply, fabrication and installation of 100 NB Cast steelgate valve including,fixing, welding andcutting, consumable, etc 5 Supply, fabrication and installation of 50 NB Cast steelgate valve including,fixing, welding andcutting, consumable, etc 6 Supply, fabrication and installation of 100NB MSC Class long bendincluding,fixing, welding andcutting, consumable, etc 7 Supply, fabrication and installation of 100 NB MSflange including,fixing, welding andcutting, consumable, etc 8 Dismantling, the existing circulation pump at latex backing plant and reinstalling it at wood fired thermic fluid heater in parallel to the existing circulation pump at wood fired thermic fluid heater. All the electrical wiring, civil foundation works are to be done along with the refixing of the pump. Necessary servicing of the pump should be done only if required. (this work shall be done only if the circulation pump at wood fired thermic fluid heater fails to pump enough volume of fluid to both dye house and latex backing plant simultaneously) 9 Supply, erection, and installation of buffer tank of 500 liter capacity. 10 Supply, fabrication and installation of 3way valve for controlling the heat,including,fixing, welding andcutting, consumable, etc 11 Supply and installation of control panel for the controlling of 3 way valve including it electrical wirings. 12 Fixing of structural supports including welding and cutting consumables 13 Fabrication , fixing of thermal insulation with 50mm thick rock wool/ slab packed by chicken wire mesh and cladding with aluminum sheet. 14 Draining of the existing thermic fluid from the pipe lines and equipments 15 Supply and filing of thermic fluid
