Qnty. 12 Unit Mon SOW (Scope of Work) Scope of Work- Vendor: - Contract location – Township. Contract Department – Admin (Horticulture) Contract Sub Section – Golden Harvest cow shelter 1.Vendor must finish the job once notified within time. 2.It is the sole responsibility of vendor to deploy correct/right set of skilled resources as per competency matrix for all jobs/works being executed by him at sites. 3.Contractor must ensure suitable and sufficient technical supervision for all jobs being executed by him on exclusive basis for safe execution of work to the satisfaction of AMNS Management. 4.Grazing of animal and their movement in the field should be at designated place and as per EIC instruction. 5.Cleaning of animal excreta and dumping should be done on daily basis. 6.Regular diagnosis of animal with vetenary doctor and their care and medicines shall be in the scope of vendor. If required to send the animal at surat vetenary hospital for diagnosis shall be in vendor scope. 7.Required handy tools (Spade, kodali, plastic gummela, tikas, broom, watering pipes etc.) for cleaning purpose shall be in the scope of contractor. 8.Total Number of animal (Female Cow – 8 No, Female Calf (Bachdi) – 2 No, Male calf – 5 No Bullocks – 1 No, Paradise pond Duck – 10 No, Blade wall pond 11 No) 9.Mandatory 3 workers must be deputed for taking care of mentioned animal shall be in the scope of vendor. 10.Daily cow food preparation and smoke for cow protection from mosquitos and other insects shall be in vendor scope. Further, required diesel and other insecticide for smoke and spray shall be perform by vendor. 11.In future, cow population increase and due to this, any financial expenditure increases then financial liability shall not lie with the company. Vendor must work with same rate per month. 12.If existing cow decrease due to any reason, then per cow Rs.2000/- shall be deducted from monthly bill amount for each RA bill for each month. 13.Available company grass chopper machine for chopping the grass for cattle food preparation maintenance shall be in vendor scope. 14.Flour mill machine (Vendor’s own) for cattle food preparation maintenance shall be in vendor scope. Similarly, Safety gum shoes/Rainy Shoes also provided once in year shall be in vendor scope. 19.All the gate pass process will have to process as per AMNS policy. 20.All the Required PPE’s like safety shoes, hand gloves, goggles, reflective jackets, safety helmet, ear plug, etc. must provide by vendor to their personnel. 21.Vendor must provide the one-day weekly off to all workers and against this arrange the extra gate pass as per 365 days as a reliever. Operation shall be run for 365 days including providing one day weekly off to all workers. Billing Guidelines 1.Billing period and attendance should be from 1st of month to 31st of month. 2.Before raising the tax invoice, performa invoice to be approved by user. Scope of Work- AMNS: - 23.AMNS will check the work executed by the vendor. 24.Material like animal food of all cows, bullocks and Duck shall be free issue to the vendor at free of cost by owners.
