No. Item Description 1 Running, Operation of Primary, Trickling filter, secondary clarifier, Return sludge & Raw sludgepump house, sluice valve , screw mixer and 500 KVA DFG/DG, TEPH, Filtrate pump house PGR, Digesterand Gas holder 24×7 and Treatment of asper Designed norms CPCB, UPPCB of 80 MLD Dinapur STP. at Varanasi 2 Inlet Chamber-Cleaning and taking out of chokage screen materials from manual screen and collecting the same at a suitable place and disposal of garbage collected near inlet chamber to suitable dumping ground approximate 150 meter away in Dinapur STP per day as directed by EIC Minimum 1 sweeper in one shift for each shift and 2 Relever/general dulyfrom (Period 6 months) 3 Primary clarifier Area-Cleaning and taking out of floating/foreign materials by fishnet from scum box and around it of primary clarifier and collecting the same at a suitable place and disposal of garbage collected near primary clarifier to suitable dumping place approximate 150 meter away in Dinapur STP per day. Minimum 1 sweeper in one shiftfor each shiftand 1 Relever/general dulyfrom (Period 6 months) 4 Operation of all sluice valves fitting with Aeration tank, secondary clarifiers, Return sludge pump house, Primary clarifier, Pumps and some other valves fitted. Operation of all pumps installed in Return sludge pump house and Raw sludge pump house (two operator in each shift on both pump house & One helper, 1 sweeper )as per requirement and direction of the site in chargeduring period (Period 6 months) 5 Gardening, trimming of trees, cutting of grass carpets, watering of plants and cleaning of 80 MLD STP campus along with office park, Primary area, secondary clarifier and digester area with the help of lawnmower and broom etc. labour charges T&P minimum 6 Gardener provide all grass/tree cutting toolsin day (during the month of Period 6 months) 6 One computer operator. (Period 6 months) 7 One cleaner for office (Period 6 months) 8 Maintain effluent parameter DO,COD,BOD TSS andMLSS In AERATIONTank as per designed norms at80 MLD STP Dinapur from (Period 6 months) Double Penalty will be imposed if treated effluent did not meet Designed Norms. 9 Disposal of garbagenearest nagar nigam garbage dumping yard per day from dt (Period 6 months) 10 For PGRComplete watch and operation of 4x500 KVA Duel fuel generating/DG set with its all accessories like gas compressor, PMCC PANEL, electrical system etc. fitted at Dinapur STP control room/PGR by skill persons. Minimum One operator in each shift of 8 hrs,, 1 Relever/general duly carting of diesel as per requirement and as per dirction of site incharge The above works will be done from (Period 6 months) 11 For Digester and Gas holderOperation of all sluice valves fitting with Digester, gas holder, sludge pipe line and some valves fitted with in this area. operation ofscrew mixtureinstalled on Digester control room and Complete watch & ward of 2x2500m3 gas holder and its accessories, drain of water from gas pipe line from digester to burner and operation of gas burner etc. complete . Minimum One operator in each shift for two shift, and one sweeper for cleaning of this area. Sub-station cleaning works . The above works will be done from (Period 6 months) 12 For TEPHOperation and watching of pump and its associated items fitted in TEPH @ 24x7 as per requirement. Cleaning of Pump house, pumps, motor etc. per day. Minimum One operator in each shift for three shift, 1 Relever/general duly one helper and one sweeper for TEPH and Filtrate pump house cleaning work.The above works will be done from (Period 6 months) 13 For Filtrate Pump HouseOperation and watching of pump and its associated items fitted in filtrate pumps house @ 24x7 as per requirement. Cleaning of Pump house, pumps, motor. Minimum One operator in each shift of8 hrs. & one sweeper The above works will be done from (Period 6 months) 14 Sludge Dewatering PressOperation and watching of pump and its associated items fitted in filtrate pumps house @ 24x7 as per requirement. Cleaning of press area, pumps, motor, blower, with one skilled operator andMinimum One operator in each shift of8 hrs. and 1 sweeperThe above works will be done for 6 Monthsfrom the date of start intimated by engineer incharge. From (Period 6 months) 15 Supply of suitable poly electrolyte for Sludge Dewatering Machine forwith consumption. 16 Running and Operation of CCT System 24*7 and complete watch and ward of this unite .provide minimum one operator in one shift , 1 Relever helper/general duly complete checking of Dozer Pump, Caustic & blower unite, Toner valve and its shifting , and De-chlorination system , Watching complete material quantity and its level per day. During the month of6 months 17 Supply and dosing ofChlorine Gas Outlet (Must be done fical coliform less then 230MPN) , SMBS and caustic as per Monthly( Aprox 7 Nos. tonner/month) consumption and dosing @5PPM of chlorine ,making solution of SMBS and Water ratiofor De chlorination system including all cast of material and labor charges T&P.During the month of (Period 6 months) 18 Providing Two skilled Electriciansfor 80 MLD STP Dinapur and 4 store keeper fordivisional stores (Period 6 months) 19 SITC of Clamp on wall mounted flow meter ( Power Supply - AC 85-26V, DC 8-36V, Output- 4-20mA analong OCT pulse relay output. Fluld type- Single liquid like water , waste water at Lift sation Truma center. 20 SITC of S7 1214 PLC with 22DI, 18DO and 4AI with modbus card and ktp 700 HMI & IOT cateway at Lift station. 21 Work under the direction of the safety supervisor (Required Minimum qualification -One year Diploma/ Certificate in Industrial Safety.
