(C) Micron Filtration should be with SS Micron filter housinglength 20”, Inlet/Outlet connection 1.5” with air release valves with 5Micron rating polypropylene cartridge size 20” long.(D) Plant should be provided with Multigrage Sand filter with down flow type having capacity 3.00 Kg/cm2, flow rate should be minimum 3.0m3/hr with Inlet/Outlet connection 1.5” (40mm), Media Qty should be minimum 200Kg with unit dia 400mm and height 1625mm (E) Plant should be provided with Activated Carbon Filter with Down flow type having cpapacity 3.00Kg/cm2, flow rate should be minimum 3.0m3/hr with inlet/outlet connection 1.5” (40mm),Media qty should be minimum 100Kg with unit dia 400mm and height 1625mm. RO Plant should be compact skid SS with front table for control instruments, Pressure gauges should be Glycerol filled with pressure switch on raw water pumps, High Pressure pump should be made of Stainless Steel, Pressure Vessels should be made of glass fiber. Quality of Treated water should be as per our requirement or should be designed system with PH 5.5 to 8.0 and conductivity( mic/S.cm) should be less than 30. RO Plant should be comprises of Raw Water Pump, High Pressure Pump, Multigrade Sand Filtration Unit (SS) , Activated Carbon Filtration Unit (SS), Anti-Scalent Dosing system, Reverse Osmosis System (SS), Micron Filtration System (SS), Cleaning & Flushing Provision. Multigrade Sand Filter should be SS Pressure vessel with top distribution and bottom collecting system for multigrade sand filter and side mounted single lever Operated Multiport Valve (Aster/UKL make) with Initial charge of Quartz sand media, Activated Carbon Filter should be SS Pressure vessel with Top Distribution and bottom collecting system for activated carbon filter with side mounted single lever operated multiport valve (Aster/UKL) with initial charge of activated carbon media.
