Tender For Development of Sector- 151 (Construction Of Boundary Wall For Kisan Kota Plots In Sector- 151 ) Noida, 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. The contractor has to detect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & Cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc.required for proper completion of work 3 M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 Cement & Coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work 4 Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). 5 Forming groove of uniform size in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battns, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge : 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep groove 6 Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). All works upto plinth level 7 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. : In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 8 Providing & Fixing Precast M-25 Grade Cement Concrete Railing (factory Made) using the latest Vibro Compaction Technique Accurately and providing and Appropriate reinforcement with Circular Spacers etc. Complete as per Direction of Engineer incharge (Cement Concrete for Fixing of railing to be paid Seperatly ). 9 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 10 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns 11 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Columns, pillers, piers, abutments, posts & struts. 12 Cleaning Jungle including up rooting of rank. Vegetation grass, push, wood trees and sampling of grith upto 30 cms measured at a Height of 1 M Above ground level and Removal of Rubbish up to a Distance of 50M. Out side the Periphery of Area Cleared.
