    Snap Bidding For Repair Of 03 Nos. 132Kv 40Mva Power Transformers Against Tr-15/2024 => Limited- 1 Fixed Charges for 132/33kV 40 MVA Transformers 2 Dismantling of Transformer’s including core.-Cleaning ofallhealthy parts , includingcoils, laminations,tapchanger radiator tubes, conservator, breatheretc. Rebuilding of corelaminations. -Re-assemblyofcoreandwindingwithnew onesincludingbrazing, soldering and insulating.-Vacuum drying/vapour phase drying.-Re-assembly of complete Transformer including accessories.-Changing of all gaskets andmaking terminal connections including all accessories of transformer. -Oil filling and filtration. 3 Internal paintingof transformer 4 External spray painting of transformer. 5 Labour charges foroverhaulingof OLTC. 6 Cost of providing new insulation for leads (phase and neutral), tap leads, inter winding connections andinter coil connections.
