Supply of colour coated GI sheet (0.5mm thk.): Blue colour coated (non insulated) trought galv-alum metal sheets (Zinc aluminium alloy coated, Not less than 150gms/ sq.m. having high tensile steel sheet (Fy-550 Mpa) of 0.5mm minimu thickness (BMT). The outside face (exposed face) shall be permanently colour coated with PVF-2 paint of minimum DFT 20 micrones over 5 micron primer coat and inner side (internal face) shall be coated with same point of minimum DFT 12 micrones over 5 micron primer coat shall be as per category 3 of AS : 2728.

Supply of MS Duct alongwith duct supporting structure (straight & bend), damper, rubber expansion, suction hood for ESP dust extraction system as per approved drawing and as per site condition and instruction of site incharge.

Fabrication, Erection & Painting of MS Duct alongwith duct supporting structure (straight & bend), damper, rubber expansion, suction hood for ESP dust extraction system as per approved drawing and as per site condition and instruction of site incharge.

Monthly Hiring Rates to be quoted is for 45 Days working in a Month and for 11 Hours working Shift in a Day with One Hour Break per Shift for Lunch (i.e. 10 Hrs working). Any additional working beyond 45 Days working in a month & 11 Hrs per day will be paid on Pro-rata basis, like wise Breakdown will also be deducted on Pro-rata basis. The Rates quoted shall be inclusive of Operators and Helpers.

Erection of Thermal insulation shall be provided for ESP, Fans, and Duct etc. containing fluid or vapour for which it is necessary to (a) Conserve heat (b) Maintain temperature for process control (c) provide for personnel protection.
