Disposing the cut waste to designated area. - 3 Cycle per Year. - various Grass Cutting work of 220KV SWYD and SVC 33 KV SWYD. -Required Material, machine, Tools and Tackles for Grass cutting. -Tractor for wastage grass cutting dump in dumping yard. (B) Safety • Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site: No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. • Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. • Safety Training is to be attended for Vendors new Engr’s / Technicians as per AMNS guidelines. • All necessary PPEs to be provided by Vendor for onsite working staff. • Certification of Vendors Portable Tools will be done by AMNS Engr. • Shutdown, safe working area, Work Permit and LOTO of the equipment will be take care by AMNS Engr (C)Statutory • AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass. • Lodging <(>&<)> Boarding and Local transportation in Vendors Scope. • Associate must undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. (D) Penalty • In case of non-compliance suitable deductions will be made from the bill. • LD Clause to be executed if Job is not taken on time as per agreed time frame. • Specific Penalty for non-performance in terms of Qualitative work by vendor. • Specific Penalty will be imposed to vendor in case of non-compliance to HSE norms.
