Tender For Special Repair Work Of Siktihwa Mod To Lalpur Link Road; 1 Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.50 m tramsporting to site, spreading, grading to required stope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2b with lead upto 1000bm as per Technical Specification Clause 301.50 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type B screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 mm to 22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen(VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per SQM on the surface treated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm average thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesVG 10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type Cas per Technical Specification Clause 508. 7 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 8 Revenwing pattries 2x1.50 metres wide including dressing surface filling upto 8 cm. depth and making namunas at every 15M. Apart on either side of the road, ture the patries template with side slope 1:2 etc, trenhes for taking the 9 Constuction of Culvert :Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. As per SI No. 251 10 Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand: 8 graded brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc.required for proper completionof the workand curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. as per SI No. 281 11 Providing and laying dry brick ballast (O.B.B.) under and half round of the pipe including cost of all materials T&P etc complete. 12 First Class brick work in 1 : 4 cement and course sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI no 305(b) 13 Stuck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574. 14 Concrete with 20 mm gauge approved stone grits in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials labours and T&P etc. Required for completion of the work as per S.No. 279(B). 15 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar with cement and coarse sand of mortar in 1:4 SI.No. 584 16 Supply & laying of 1000mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar. 17 Colour washing one coat, using approved colouring materials of buff, blue, grey or brown shade, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Two Coat) 18 Lettering and painting of culvert no. Plate 30x30cm of standard size with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and lettering as per PWD maintenance manual including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete. 19 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. 20 Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. 21 Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick 4 work in substructure & Super Structure as per Technical Specifications 22 2nd Year Maintainance cost 23 3rd Year Maintainance cost 24 4th Year Maintainance cost 25 5th Year Maintainance cost
