    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - TAS AMC for 3 years at Haldia Refinery Terminal Customized Amccmc For Pre-Owned Products 1 Earthing interlock test in TT loading / unloading gantry 2 Manual call points and hardwired ESD push button stations (local/plant) 3 Hydrocarbon Detectors (HCD) Testing 4 Hydrocarbon Detectors (HCD) calibration 5 Dyke drain valve annunciation system: The system shall be thoroughly inspected every month by opening and closing the valves and verifying that the audio video alarms are generated at local and remote panel. 6 ESD Testing (the system shall be checked and ensured during mock drill conducted with full system shut down). Event logs to be printed, reviewed, and signed by location in- charged. All the ESD push buttons, MCP, SMOKE & THERMAL DETECTOR to be tested in a month. 7 Tanks level alarms (L/LL/H/OPR-H/HH/HHH) and corresponding action simulation. 8 Pump interlocks 9 Supervision of cross check and ensuring of densitometers with physical readings 10 Critical data posting checking11 (i) Low Flow Alarm (ii) Overrun/Underrun (iii) Hi Flow Alarm, (iv) No Flow Alarm (in) Unauthorised Flow Alarm, (we) DCV Fail Alarm (vii) Power Fail Alarm(viii) Reporting at Wrong Bay Event (ix) Restart system after process alarms Overfill Protection RIT Lamps & Push Buttons k RIT Stop TEL 1 OIC (Control Room) stop at TLF Total Quantity :
