Construction Of Pds Gingee Block Building At Karai Panchayat - CONSTRUCTION OF PDS Building @Karai Pt 2 Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depthexcept in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring struttingif required forthe sides of foundation. 3 Collection and supply of sandand filling in to the basement including cost and conveyanceto the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications 4 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete 5 Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including 6 Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 83/4x41/4x21/4 for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3 7 Walls Above Basement (Super Structure) 8 Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works including cost and conveyance 9 Supplying and erecting centeringshuttering includingnecessary supportsforplane etc., complete. 10 Above GL 11 Floor finish with granolithic flooring in CC 1:2:4 mix using 10 to 12mm chipsfor 40mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labours etc., complete 12 Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per Sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The ceramic tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution). 13 Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
