Bids Are Invited For ITEM-1 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT ER Probes for CMS Design Engineering Inspection and Supply of High pressure retrievable type flushmounted ER probes working and Spares along with adaptor and cable all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41-CMS-02 ITEM-2 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Access Fitting for ER Probes Design Engineering Inspection and Supply of Access fitting assembly for ER Probes with essential accessories all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41- CMS-02 ITEM-3 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Transmitters for ER Probes Design Engineering Inspection and Supply of Transmitters along with all accessories all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41-CMS-02. ITEM-4 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Installation and Commissioning of ER Probe System Installation and Commissioning including supply of commissioning spares Accessories tools and Tackles of ER probes access fitting assemblies Transmitters and interface with DCS SCADA including welding with the pipeline performance testing and evaluation all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41-CMS-02 ITEM-5 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Flush Disc Coupons for CMS Design Engineering and Inspection and Supply of Flush Disc Coupons all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41-CMS-02. ITEM-6 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Coupon Holder for Corrosion Coupons Design Engineering Inspection and Supply of Retrievable type coupon holder for Corrosion Coupons with essential accessories all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41-CMS-02 ITEM-7 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Access fitting for Corrosion Coupons Design Engineering Inspection and Supply of Access fitting assembly for Flush Disc Corrosion Coupons with essential accessories all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41-CMS-02. ITEM-8 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Installation and Commissioning of Corrosion Coupons Installation and Commissioning of Corrosion Coupons with coupon holder and access fitting assembly including welding with the pipeline inspection performance testing and evaluation all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41-CMS-02. ITEM-9 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Retriever Kit for CMS Design Engineering Inspection and Supply of Retriever kit complete with repair and seal kit with all accessories all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41- CMS-02 ITEM-10 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Service Valve Kit for CMS Design Engineering Inspection and Supply of Service valve kit complete with repair and seal kit with all accessories such as blanking plug extension lever brass hammer spare face to access fitting O ring heavy duty field service box etc all the requirements shall be as per EIL Spec B302-000-06-41-CMS-02. ITEM-11 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Construction of concrete pits for CMS Construction of concrete pits shall be provided wherever required CMS in 6 O clock position with removable closure with minimum gap of 1.5 meters below 6 O clock position of pipeline for retrieval of ER probes and corrosion coupons. ITEM-12 AS PER SOQR PAGE OF 23 and 24 OF NIT Cable Supply of Cable from ER Probe to transmitter and to control room to interface with DCS or SCADA. Total Quantity : 540
