Repair / Renovation Of Member (Bopee) Room And Supply Of Furniture Thereof Please Refer To Boq- 1 Providing and fixing wooden laminated flooring multi layer synthetic flooring protected fused with communication process, four layers in lamination, medimine resign, decorative paper high density board, backer paper, (8mm thick) 2 Providing and fixing of 19mm thick BWP ply of approved brand (Century, Greenply, Fine ply) or equivalent makeincluding nails and necessary arrangements as approved by E.I.C (Complete job). 3 Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coats). 4 Providing and fixing of PVC wall panelling of superior quality of make like wall face or equivalent (0-10 x 10-0 @ 3.4 Kg/E) with necessary fittings / accessories (Make approved by E.I.C) complete job. 5 Engaging labour as per requirement of site. 6 Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns). 7 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineerin-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item). With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm). 8 Engaging Plumber as per requirement of site. 9 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm dia CP Brass single hole basin mixer of approved quality and make, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. White Vitreous China Wash basin size 550x400 mm with a 15 mm CP Brass single hole basin mixer. 10 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings. 11 Providing and fixing 8 mm dia C.P. / S.S. Jet with flexible tube upto 1 metre long with S.S. triangular plate to European type W.C. of quality and make as approved by Engineer - in - charge. 12 Providing and fixing C.P hand spray with lever control (Health faucet) Jaquar Cat No. ALDCHR-565 / Kerovit Make KA580001) and flexible hose 1 m long connection with C.P holder for hand spray complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 13 Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C waste fittings complete. Flexible pipe 32 mm dia. 14 Providing and fixing PTMT grating of approved quality and colour. Rectangular type with open able circular lid. 150 mm nominal size square 100 mm diameter of the inner hinged round grating. 15 Providing and fixing PTMT Waste Coupling for wash basin and sink, of approved quality and colour. Waste coupling 38mm of 83 mm length and 77 mm breadth weighing not less than 60gms. 16 Providing and fixing PTMT soap dish holder having length of 138mm, breadth 102mm, height of 75mm with concealed fitting arrangements, weighing not less than 106gms. 17 Providing and fixing C.P brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS : 8931). 15mm nominal bore (Make Jaquar CQT 23059 / Kerovit Make Cat No. KB 1511003). 18 Providing and fixing 15mm dia C.P brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 60 gms (Short Body) (Make Jaquar Cat No. CQT-23047 Kerovit Cat No. KB 2011004). 19 Providing and fixing uplasticized PVC connection pipe with brass unions 45 cm length 15 mm nominal bore. 20 Providing and fixing necessary plumbing items like G.I unto 20mm MTA 20mm x 20mm, FT 20mm x 20mm etc. as required at site. 21 Providing and fixing un-plasticised - PVC pipe clips of approved design to un-plasticised-PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S screws of required length including all special fitting of composite material as directed by E.I.C. 22 4 Fastners. 23 Providing and fixing of C.P Nipple of required size all complete. 24 Providing and fixing of Zebra blinds of approved colour made from 100% polyester yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure complete opaquely with zero light transmittance having suitable grating an exterior, including all fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per design and instruction of the E.I.C (complete job). 25 Providing and fixing aluminum hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete. Twin rubber stopper. 26 Providing and fixing aluminum die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete 27 Engaging Carpenter as per requirement of site. 28 Providing and fixing of ACP sheets for Cabins, Partition of branded quality as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Complete job). 29 Providing and fixing curtains with necessary fixtures as per direction of E.I.C. 30 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty. Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm(weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm). 31 Providing and fixing nickel plated M.S. pipe curtain rods with nickel plated brackets. 25 mm dia ( heavy type). 32 Engaging Electrician as per requirement of site.
