SITC IP basedEPABX system equipped for of 500 Extension lines, 24 Junction Lines, Digital Extension lines and two trunk Lines, whose capacity can be increased to 1000 lines, is to be installed and operated by bidder on rent basis with Maintenance of the same including wiring network, analogues/digital phone sets and other accessories to be installed with the same.

CAMS of EPABX system, CAMS of KTS system installed at honorable CM offices, CS offices and residences including entire wiring network, all digital phone and analogue phones.

CAMC of EPABX system installed at vidhansabha Bhawan and Honorable CM office at vidhansabha Bhawan including wiring network, all digital phone Plan Phone and analogue phones.

AMC for all plan phone (1+1) installed with BSNL and intercom Lines of secretariat premises, along with telephone wiring network.

Placement of two qualified service engineers from 10A.m to 6 P.M in all working days. (Including holiday As per requirement)
