Pole 9/11 Mtr Long 4 (c) Different maintenance material Cable. Joint Kit, PVC Cable, ACSR wire, Insulators. Transformer oil, ABC cable, etc. 5 (d) 11 kv HT XLPE cable 3x185 sqmm, 3x120sqmm, 3x70sqmm, etc. 6 Fabrication,Erection and repairing of damaged wiremess fencing 02mtr. Height with gate and retaining wall including grouting of fabricated MS angle 65x65x6 mmsq support and its painting as per specification. 7 Repairing of damaged massonery transformer plinth of size as per requirement at site to maintain the height of 1.5mtr brick bllast, filling of sand in the hollow space, plastening of surface in ratio 1:4:6: and top of plinth 4” thickness concealing. (Including all materials and labour and T&P) 8 Repairing of damaged/ rusted steel tubular pole by digging of pit up to 2” for proper position putting 3nos. angle from of size 35x35x6 sqmm3 nos angle around the damaged part of pole and welding properly and also grouting and plastering 300 mm with cement concrets. 9 Erection of sub-station type Double pole on 9/11 meter long S.T. Pole along with fixing of necessary clamp/accessories required including fixing of straight M.S. 100x50 mm. Top channel 125x65x6mm (2240 mm long) one no. Dropper channel 100x50mm.(2028mmlong )/Angle 100x50 mm 02 nos with arrangement of fixing of 03 nos. Pin insulator including Sub-station base angle of 65x65x6mm (2250mm) channel 02 nos. earthing it properly as per RESPO specification. all material except pole will be provide by contractor. 10 Laying of 11 KV 3x185,3x120, 3x240Sqmm. XLPE Cable with drilling machine as per norms of UPPCL. 11 Erection, of single pole PCC Pole 11 Mtr long with all accessories. 12 Erection, of single pole ST Pole 11 Mtr long with all accessories. 13 Supply and repairing/ replacement of damaged tailless fuse unit/materials on LT distribution piller box with clamping lug of required size of LT PVC. 14 (a) 500 Amp. 600 Volts. 15 (b) 300 Amp., 600 Volts. 16 Resagging of existing LT/HT line opening of ABC on service point and opening of consumers service cable after re-sagging of ABC re-connection of consumers service cable with LT line (In breakdown time man power will be provided 24 Hours) and cutting/chopping of tree branches and clear from existing LT/HT line to reduce the tripping/breakdown. 17 Providing pipe earthing of existing 250/400/630 KVA transformer by boaring upto 40 fit and connecting of transformer body and neutral with GL Strip (506MM W&H) 18 Supply and errection tighting and replacing of damage LT Lead Lugs and copper L-pies of D.T. of capacity 250,400 & 630 KVA 19 Grouting and nozzelling of stay set complete 16X1800mm.sp. with cement concreat sand, brick, blast. 20 Top-up distilled water in battery bank time to time and maintain DC supply for healthy tripping also maintained water density. 21 Shifting of transformer from one plinth to another plinth and installed trolly with the help of crane during repairing of plinth 22 Repairing of old existing earthing by providing fixing and fabrication G.I. strip of size (50x6mm w&H) as per RESSPO norms. 23 Supply and errection of MS earthing rod (size 20x1800mm) and GI strip (35x3mm) for 10, 16, 25, 63 & 100 KVA transformers
