Tender For Repair Maintenance Of Automation System At 05 Pump House Under Ge West Jrc.; AMC for automation stystem including all spares at Pump house No 6,12,25,28 & 29 including servicing of motorize valve, main automation panel, ultra sonic and delivery automation panel, upgradation of software once in a month and on call basis within 48 hours. The contractor shall maintain log sheet of visit per month dully signed by JE E/M, AGE E/M & GE (The Contracttor shall make MOU with OEM before starting the work and the same to accepting officer)Note for item No 1: (a)Item comprises site visit charges for authorised technician of OEM for 05 (five) automation installations once in a month/ on call basis for checking, servicing of butterfly motorised valves, main control panels, delivery control panel, ultra sonic sensors, operation/testing of mobile web app for monitoring and valve operation, identifying the functionality of automation system and will carry out required preventive maintenance work fo automation system and ensure smooth functioning.(b)After intimation of defects to contractor, will be attended within 48 hours. In case the contractor fails to attent complaints within stipulated time (i.e 48 hrs) a panalty shall be imposed @ Rs.1000 per complaint per day. (c)Rate/cost of all material/ technology which are required to make the automation system functional is deemed to be included in this item. Details of parts which are deemed to be included in this item quoted rate are as under:-(i) Butterfly motorize valve of 150/100mm size high torque.(ii) Ultra sonic non contract sensor of range 6 mtrs.(iii) Butterfly 12 volts 40 Ah of delivery panel(iv) Invertor of 600VA.(v) Multi step micro processor controlled Digital Timer with battery backup.(vi) 20 level high intensity led graphical board with pump set and delivery line running graphic pcb board of screen size 12 x 12 with 15 amp power supply pulsating type. (vii) Energy meter 440 vac 3 phase with new energy meter 440 vac, 3 phase. (viii) Micro processor controlled Vsat DATA receiver Modern with micro chip antenna. (ix) Single/ Reverse phase protection.(x) Main micro controller mother board of receiver unit. (xi)Vsat data transmitter unit micro chip controlled (xii) 4 X 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & PVC copper armored cable with heavy duty PVC saddles 60 cm apart. (xiii) Main starter operating mother board of automation panel. (xiv) Delivery line controlling micro controller based mother board. (xv) Micro chip based power supply of 12V DC 15 Amp with plusasting output voltage with over voltage and spike protection circuit.(xvi)Technology/ Web charges required for functioning of mobile app for monitoring and controlling of automation system for 05 Nos mobile numbers.Minor spare parts which are not include in the item given here in after but essential for carring out repairs work shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.
