Construction Of Dockyard At Hokersar Wlr. - Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) includingdisposal of excavated earth lead upto 50meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.All kinds of soil : 3 P/L of stone soling incl. ramming, hand packing and all carriages, complete job in room fill, trenches ,foundation etc. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Mud mat 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement.1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 FORM WORK 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of column etc. for mass concrete. 8 Renting and using barge/boats for construction and insertion of pipes with hammer for driving pipes in position for framework of dockyard 9 40mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand), including pointing withcement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone and curing complete Redsand stone 10 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 11 Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
