Tender For Construction work of shed and stairs for pedestal in Avanti Bai Lodhi Park situated on GT Road in Ward No. 32 Alampur., 1 Cleaning of site such as garbage and silt /Photography 2 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand : 12 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. In Foundation and floors. 3 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 4 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. 5 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite(gang saw cut), mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels. 6 Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick Granite stone, including machine polishing to edge to give high glossy finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 8 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 9 PLAIN GLASS (Best Quality, Cut to Size)5 mm 10 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 11 P/F and fixing angle / Tee iron frames For door , window , and ventilators of mild steel angle section of size 35x35x5mm joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5mm or 35x5mm flat pieces to theexistting T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastner including fixing of necessarybutt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the direction of Eng. -in-charge. 12 S/Fixing of Granite Stone with pedestal 13 Add 18% GST 14 The Total value of Schedule4
