| 5 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge. |
| 6 | Wall painting two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour on existing white washed surfaces to give an even shade after removing white wash by throughly brushing the surface, scrapping , brooming, sand papering, cleaning all dirt & dust, preparation of surface with filling the holes by applying putty etc. whereever required includingsupply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge. |
| 7 | Painting two coats over previously painted doors & windows metal surfaces with 1st quality S.E.Paint of approved make(Asian/Berger/Shalimar) & colour to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing, scraping, brooming, sand papering, cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter etc as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. |
| 8 | Finishing walls with 1st quality Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Asian/ Snowcem/ Berger) on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) at all heights to give an even shade etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. |
