    Tender For annual repair and maintenance of Various Electrical Installation And Mechanical Equipments At Forensic Science Laboratory, Madhuban Chowk, Sector-14, Rohini, Delhi Dg. 2024-25 (Sh Operation And Preventive Maintenance Of 3 X 200 Tr York Make Ac Plant)- Sub Head - I (Comprehensive maintenance of AC Plant)Comprehensive maintenance of following HVAC system of York Johnson controls make i/c checking and functioning of chiller unit, its pumps, repair of valves (Butterfly/ Balancing), Replacement of worn out/defective parts/ repaired parts of compressor/ Thermostat/ Cut outs, Electrical panel of chiller, AHUs and its panel, Fan coil units, hot water generator, Cooling tower, chilled water pump, condensor water pump, hot water pump, electrical panels, Ducting, Pipings,Insulation descaling of the condensor/Chemical cleaning of evaporator coils as per working parameter of plant, checking of compressor, checking of microprocessor panel, Annual pumping down and restrating replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, Lubrication of parts and diagnosing and attending complaints of the break down in the compressor/ Microprocessor panel, preventive servicing of chillers, Compressor and electrical panel of chiller unit and all other allied systems etc. including all spare parts with compressor, Display panel including visit of engineer as and when required - 3 x 200TR 2 Sub Head - II (Operation of AC Plant) Running, operationof 3x200 TR capacity York make screw type Chillars Central Plantfor monthly basis excluding Sundays and Holidays by deploying following team of HVAC experienced technically sound and capable staff as required.1.
