    Tender For Belrayan Fabrication Erection Work Of Boiler 40 Tph Wet Scrubber - 1 Boiler No. 4 2 Install two pieces of I.D.Fan with casing (which is ready) of boiler no. 4 along with motor on the bed, align and give trial. 3 Fabricate and erect suction ducting of I.D.Fan of boiler no. 4. Size – (1.5mt X 1.0mt) Length – 5.3 mtr 4 Fabricate and erect 6mm plate from the delivery of I.D.Fan to the inlet in the chimney (sum 13m). 5 Fit wash out and related pipeline with valve as per the drawing of wet screw. 6 Fabricate and erect ducting from the delivery of I.D.Fan to the chimney using 6mm plate. 7 Boiler No. 5 8 Install two pieces of I.D.Fan with casing of Boiler No. 5 (which is ready) along with motor on the bed, align and give trial. 9 Fabricate and erect taper cone size – (06 mt OD X 1.5 tapper) of screw driver of Boiler No. 5 from 8 mm plate and give leak proof trial. 10 Fit internal mesh of screw driver in two compartments as per instructions. 11 Fabricate and erect 6 mm plate from screw driver to suction casing of I.D.Fan. 12 Install I.D.Fan with casing of Boiler No. 5 along with motor on the bed, align and give satisfactory trial.
