| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning (SITC) of The digital audio network server shall be designed exclusively for use with the offered systems. The server shall support AVB digital audio and control networking by means of a modular 420 x 420 channel card. The server shall support up to three audio networking cards per unit. The server shall support up to one 420 x 420 AVB network card, up to two 32 x 32 channel CobraNet® digital networking cards, and up to two 64 x 64 Dante™ digital networking cards in any configuration that does not exceed three total networking cards. The server shall be factory configured with one DSP card and shall be capable of supporting a total of three cards. The server shall provide dual Ethernet ports for configuration and control connection. The server shall be configurable for up to 48 channels of local audio input and output, including mic and line level, VoIP, and telephone interface. The server shall also support modular I/O cards for acoustic echo cancellation and ambient noise compensation. The server shall provide front panel LED identification of server power, status, alarm, and activity as well as system-wide alarm. The server shall provide front panel OLED display for server and system information. The server shall be rack mountable (3RU) and feature software-configurable signal processing, including but not limited to: signal routing and mixing, equalization, filtering, dynamics, and delay, as well as control, monitoring, and diagnostic tools. The server shall be CE marked, UL listed and shall be compliant with the RoHS directive. |

| 8 | Providing services of specialized resource for programming Audio DSP and control system The resource should be both experienced in system design and audio as well as qualified to work with the specified product he should ensure the audioDSP system is set up for high quality audio and peak performance, as well to meet industry best practices using measurements and performance tested to confirm optimal quality is achieved . Thhe resource should be able to customise the audio DSP & control system requirement as per the useer departments requirement so as to provide the desired outcome and quality of meetings,conference calls, and presentations. | 9 | Providing Project Design, Project management services DWG / Schematic comprising of the coorrect integratioon of all the acbove audio & video components, Technical Consultation on system design and effectiveness, for end userneeds and room environments. All project documentation including system schematics and drawings, H&S documentation, Project Plan and Risk Register. Attendance at site meetings and liaisoning with other agencies or user deppartment on site to organise AV schedules. Regular client updates and weekly progress reports. Management of installation timescales, cost & deadlines to ensure the project is completed on budget and on schedule. |
