    Tender For Replacement Of 2 Main Bank Tubes In Mp Boiler 1 / 2 REPLACEMENT OF MAIN BANK TUBES (2OD) IN M.P.BOILERS (REF.DRG.NO: CDBR111022) 1SHELL PLATE CUTTING TO EXPOSE THE TUBES CONNECTING STEAM DRUM & MUD DRUM. 2ERECTION OF SCAFFOLDING FOR MAKING ACCESS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF MAIN BANK TUBES. 3STEAM DRUM & MUD DRUM TO BE SUPPORTED AND ANCHORED FIRMLY WITH UTMOST CARE TO AVOID ANY SHIFTING WHILE REPLACING MAIN BANK TUBES (BOTH DRUM MAN HOLES TO BE OPENED & INTERNALS FROM THE STEAM DRUM TO BE REMOVED.LOW HYDROGEN ELECTRODES ARE TO BE USED IN BOILER ZONE TO TAKE CARE OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT. ALL PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN TO AVOID ENTRY OF ANY FOREIGN MATERIAL IN SIDE THE DRUM TO DRUM TUBES
