Tender For Repair To Compound Wall, Fencing, Path, Hardstanding And Misc Alliedworks At Af Stn Nal.; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The demolished material shall be disposed off out side the MOD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering this aspect. 2 Dismantling of kerb stone set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Supply and Fixing factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered concrete surfaces (obtaining smooth surface)of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on existing kerb stone(obtaining smooth surface) and applyingapplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base / sub-floorcomplete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for Fine sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for Interlocking paver block and similar works etc complete as specified and directed. 8 M&L for Rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with made by table vibratory method withpigment, any shape and size confirming to IS15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over PCC over sand cushioning all as specified and directed. 9 All as per item No. 8here in before but 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade. 10 M & L for Non skid ceramic outdoor floor tiles 10 mm thick (square) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles,and over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and layingchequred cement concrete tiles (glossy finish) 30cmx30cmx22mm thick made by table vibratory method set, jointed and pointed in neat cment slurry as in floors with grey cement & pigment,overand including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors, finished the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using cement extra cement by making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. 14 Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade B complete all as specified and directed. 15 Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound compound Grade B complete all as specified and directed. 16 Demolition of reinforement cement concrete of any descriptionand in any position not other wisecomplete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia andover cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip) complete all as specified and directed. 18 All as per item No. 17.00 here in before but 6mm to 8mm dia. 19 Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified and directed. 20 M&L brick work with sub class B bricks old size, class 7.5 designation, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radiusbuilt in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L brick work with sub class -B bricks, in half brick thick walls, built in cement moratr 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius complete all as specified and directed 22 M&L as in repairs pre-cast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone as in louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified and directed 23 M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as inlintel, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, set in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L in repairs precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L as in repairs precast cement concrete post, ornamental moulded, 75mm x 75mm in section, total length of each post exceeding 45cm but not exceeding 90cm, type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, with groves on two opposite sides for holding jalli 40mm thick, set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 26 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 28 M&L Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of premium acrylic emulsion exterior paintover coat of exterior primer,incl preparationof surfaces, tint as approved by GE in camoflauge pattern to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior qualitypaint over and including a coat of primer exterior grade(tint as approved by GE) as in camouflage pattern / plain pattern as per user requirement complete all as specified and directed. 30 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) The demolished material shall be disposed off out side the MOD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above fact.(ii) After dismantling, post holes shall be prepared for execution of new poles / struts. Cost of extra work, if any, is included in unit rate of this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 31 Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc. 25 cm in hard dense soil, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50cm and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.Note:- This item is only applicable where the location of new poles/struts is changed from existing ploes removed against item No. 30 above. 32 Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type, any size complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&LPCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&LPCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pillars, boundary pillars and fencing posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed. 35 S&F joist / channel angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates as in post, struts in fencing including necessary drilling holes, notching for wiresetc (cut to ordinary lengths ie with in 20mm of the length indicated)Fe 290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 36 M&L mild steel flat iron (for securing wire mesh) bolt embedded in concrete including drilling bolts matching for wire including all necessary work and steel confirming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 37 Fixing only chain link fencing new or old including line wires any mesh, size and type of standards,rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Supply of new chain link Fencing shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule. 38 Supply only Galvanised mild steel chain link fencing, size wire and mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The payment for chain link fencing shall be made on the basis of weight of chain link fencing per square metre ascertained by a Board of officer convened by GE, by getting minimum 3 samples of each lot 39 S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. 40 Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings complete all as specified and directed. 41 S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nutexc. 5cm but n. exc. 10cm long, dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed. 42 S&F mild steel flat iron / round bars cut to length including, drilling, bending, hooking ends for securing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed. 43 M&L Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 44 M&L Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described, not exc10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and includinga coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 45 Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not ohterwise provided for complete all as specified and directed. 46 Dismantling timber scantlings unframedover 40sq. cm and over in section, in any position, complete all as specified and as directed. 47 Dismantling timber scantlings unframedunder40sq. cm I section as in filltes,rail, posts, rafters, parlins etc, in any position, complete all as specified and as directed. 48 S&F framed work as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gussest plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastenfing and fixing complete of quality grade B.complete all as specified and directed. 49 Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed. 50 S&F Steel work in tubular post / trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed. 51 S&F roof truss (framed), trussed purlin, crane, griders, rails and fastenings and heave bracketsframing (beam, tee, agle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 52 S&F mild steelFramed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.including cutting tops to shape as directed, embeding in concreteand screwing etc, wind ties for roof including bolts drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing GI sheet etc) and including all necessary drilling or cutting holes in brick/ concrete surfaces and making good, welding work, bolting or reveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 53 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc 150 GSM coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufacturess instructions and fixed with self tapping screw or hooks (as directed by Engineer in Charge) as required complete all as specified and directed. 54 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc 150 GSM coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape etc, cut to designed shape as directed at site fixed all as per manufacturess instructions and fixed with self tapping screw or hooks as required complete all as specified and directed. 55 S&F as in repairs 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floors complete all as specified and directed. 56 S&F as in repairs 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including clamps as required complete all as specified and directed. 57 S&F PVC (SWR) bends of 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed 58 Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. 59 M&L Granite slab 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite& including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 60 M&L Granite stone slab 20mm thick (of any type)(table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. 61 Roundingonly single edge of stone slabs such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed. 62 Supply and fixed as in repair ornamental design gumti made of Red Stone (Bulmera) of all over size 1.0m x 0.4m x 0.4m consisting of conical shape Dome of size (0.4m x 0.4m x 0.4m) and 04 Nos column of size (0.02m x 0.02m x 0.6m) fixed over RCC/Brick column fixed with araldite or epoxy based mortar up to any height complete all as specified and directed.Note: Red stone (Bulmera) Dome shall be fixed on the existing RCC/Brick pillar
