Tender For 2000156944 - Oxide Sampling From 1.55Conveyor Mod 1-6 2000156944 10 10 10 OXIDE SAMPLING & SIZE ANALYSIS-HBI 12 MON Email : [email protected] Contact : Name : Jayesh Darji Item Details : Oxide sampling from 1.55 conveyor Mod 1-6 Scope of Work- Vendor Technical 1- Vendor’s employees/ associates has to go the conveyor from which samples are to be collected and necessary analysis (sieve analysis, sample preparation for T. Fe) for Iron oxide material in every shift. 2- Must have mobile (approved) to contact control room for sampling. 3-Minimum age of the associates of the Vendor shall be more than 21 years. 4-Two associates must go for sampling at conveyor and contact control room before going to site 4- Sampling has to shift in Lab and after sieve analysis hard copy of same to be submitted to control room. Also, sample preparation activities to be carried out for necessary analysis by AMNSI laboratory. Vendor to provide Sieves require for sieve analysis, weigh scale for weighing. 5- Whenever required excess sample apart from normal have to collect and analyses with report to control room. 6- Must have suitable PPEs while sampling and aware of safety of conveyors. Mandatory One safety supervisor to be deployed during the cleaning activity in vendor scope. Mandatory weekly off (one week off after 8-day duty) to be strictly follow up. Safety 1. Maintenance crew must follow AM/NS INDIA LTD. Safety norms. (Fitness Certificate, Ear <(>&<)> Eye Test Certificate, Colour Blindness Test, HSE <(>&<)> F Induction Training, Job specific safety Training, W@H training etc) 2. Vendor shall provide all required PPEs. (Jacket, Hand gloves, safety shoes, dusk mask, googles and helmet duly approved by our HSE) 3. 5S Activities: For the works carried out at site, vendor shall ensure complete 5S, cleaning and housekeeping of the area at all times after finishing the work and before hand over the site to AMNSIL Engineer. Statutory 1. Vendor shall ensure that all his employee deploy for job are as per AM/NS Contractor Associates Competency Matrix. 2. Vendor shall ensure that all the tools and tackles deployed are certified by competent authority for use in factory. Such certificate should be duly valid at all points of time. 3. Penalty to be imposed in case of violation of norms Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass
