| 6 | Replacement old un-serviceable Sluice Valve with new Sluice Valve, cast iron, Class PN 1.6, size 50mm bore pipe, flanged type, conforming to IS: 14846-2000, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle, brass nuts and iron wheel head including jointing material such as rubber fibre board packing ring and nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for vertical or horizintal fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 7 | Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1000x1000x1000mm (internal dimensions of chamber) including plain cement concrete, M-7.5 (1:4:8), type-D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) 100mm thick, as in sub baseand PCC M-15 (1:2:4), type-B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) 100mm thick, as in flooring, brick work masonry, 23cm thick in cement mortar 1:4, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on internal and external surfaces with two coat of lime wash, mild steel framed work as in valve pit covers with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm and including mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick complete, drilling/ welding for fixing of steel sheeting with mild steel hinges, handles and suitable locking arrangements, fastening arrangements for fixing, nuts, bolts and washers including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in external areas and removal the surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50mtrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |
