Tender For Execution Of Various Civil Works During Ata 2024-25 In Nfl Vijaipur.; 1 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.Ordinary rock Note : To execute the above work contractor has to engage Air compressor/concrete breaker(Tractor/JCB Mounted)including driver, necessary tools,including fuel chargeswith two leads for pneumatic cutters / hammers for miscellaneous demolishing/dismantling jobs as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.No separate payment shall be made to contractor 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge :Hard rock (blasting prohibited)Note : To execute the above work contractor has to engage Air compressor/concrete breaker(Tractor/JCB Mounted)including driver, necessary tools,including fuel chargeswith two leads for pneumatic cutters / hammers for miscellaneous demolishing/dismantling jobs as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.No separate payment shall be made to contractor 4 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand (Manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA)) under floors, around pipes including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified gradeexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources) 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources) 7 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 8 Providing Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 9 Pumping out water , caused byseepage, broken water mains or drains and the like by providing and engaging dewatering pump of adequate capacity 10 Assisting in executing various un-measurable jobs for urgent and unforeseen plant requirements during ATA : 11 Semi Skilled 12 Unskilled 13 Note: The rate quoted by bidder shall not be less than Rs. 709.13 for item no 10.10 and Rs. 606.83 for item no 10.20, failing which their bid is liable for rejection 14 Cutting of Holes (CORE CUTTING) through Vibration less Core cutting method from the RCC roof slab /floor slab /walls of thickness upto required thickness and diameter up to 200mm as per Directions of Engineer in Charge.All necessary cutting tools shall be under the scope of contractor. 15 upto 300 mm thickness 16 upto 600 mm thickness 17 upto 900 mm thickness
