Tender For Provision Of Certain Minor Works At Icgs Mundra Under Age (I) (Cg) Jakhau; 1 Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil. 2 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified as directed. 3 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 4 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 5 Removing excavated material (soils) exc. 50m and n.exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point. 6 M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering. 7 M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders. 8 M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc. 9 M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc. 10 M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc. 11 M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A. 13 M&L for precast PCC block masonry type in CM 1:5:8 with soild block of any size and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for embedding posts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 16 S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240,etc complete all as specified and directed. 17 S & F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or welded attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, etc with ornamental and intricate design complete all as specified and directed. 18 S & F mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long, diameter of neck exc 12 but n exc 20 mm,etc complete all as specified and directed. 19 S & F Pre - painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. 20 M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer. 21 M&L forpreparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall andapplying three coats of white wash complete all as specified. 22 Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006,(superseding IS 5424)suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. 23 S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples. 24 S&F anodised aluminium flats for fixing wire mesh including screws, nails for fixing and drilling of holes. 25 M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed. 26 S&F for Aluminium Composite Panel of 4mm thick exterior grade on structural steel with combination of aluminium skin material of 0.25mm thick (two or more metallic coloured coating sheet as directed) aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100-H14 cover material, coated on external side with PVDF coating containing 70% resins for anti-fungal and anti bacterial properties and the center core shall be with natural polythelene (HDPE) bonded to the aluminium skin on both side as required coast guard pictures, logo letters or figures (Block, Roman, italic or Indian) with blue and white coloured self adhesive, fixed on aluminum composite panel etc complete all as specified. Cladding panel to be fixed with rawl plug and SS screw all as approved on roof truss/ MS tube including necessary accessories, complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 27 Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.
