Part A: Fabrication and supply of MS Boxes as per the drawing in tender specification. The material used in making of box should conform to IS:2062.Prefered make of MS Plates and angles, SAIL, TATA, Jindal or equivalent reputed maker. Fabricated box should be painted two coats of redoxide oil with standard dried film thickness. Fabricated box should conform to IS:800 (2007). Refer to Part A in technical specifications. Complete as per scope of work as per tender specifications.

Fabrication of box shape containers from scrap materials: Scrap contains MS Plates and angle frame structures. Box like containers are to be made from these. Plates should be welded from all sides to create casing and strengthening of these boxes is to be done from angles present in the scrap.The proper joinig methodsshould be used( similar to part A) for making containers.

Part B:Segregation, Cutting and filling of radioactive waste into fabricated boxes/containers and disposal to designated site. i. Cutting of solid contaminated CAT I waste materials into small sizes. The scrap contains steel pipes, ms angles, ms plates, tables, metal scrap, metal frames,etc. Filling the small cut pieces of scrap into the fabricated boxes. Loading these boxes in truck and transporting to waste disposal site. ii. Disposal of combustible waste to disposal site without filling in the boxes. And transfering E waste to storage area inside FRD.iii. HYDRA crane for Material handling having suitable lifting capacity to lift filled box weighing approximately 4 Ton. iv. Open Truck of suitable capacity to transport 2 boxes at a time to disposal site. The space of truck bed floor should be enough to accomodate 2 boxes of 1.5m X 1m base comfortably. The truck and HYDRA willbe used for the purpose of transporting boxes to waste disposal Site. Arrange required manpower for material and machinery handling. Refer to Part B in technical specifications. Complete as per scope of work as per tender specifications.
