No extra payment will be made for stacking.( This rate is includes compensation for earth for land owned / arranged by the contractor @ Rs 25.00 per cum androyalty charges on earth @ Rs 29.00 per cum & Cesses Charges @ 5.30 per Cum(i.e Rs 15.00 per 100 cft) as per Government notification whichwill be paid onproduction of necessary documents in support of paymentmadetowards the royalty and cesses.)B) Beyond 1.00 km and upto 2.00 km |
