Tender For Strengthening Of Water supply (Special Repair Of Oht Sector-70) Noida., 1 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia MS tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with MS tubes, MS tube challies, MS clamps and MS staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineering-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding (AOR) 2 Painting on OHT G.I. pipe Rallingof 25 mm dia pipe angle post and CI pipe 200mm dia, 300mm dia, 350mm dia, 400mm dia and CI sluice valve including S/f G.I. Pipe 25mm dia at damage part of railing complete in all respect.AOR 3 Guniting with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) of requried thickness (not less than 25 mm thick) with minimum pressure of 2 kg/ sqm to walls, columns, beams, balconies and ceiling over welded wire mesh of 10 gauge MS wire having welded wire mesh size of 100x100 mm tied with binding wire i/c dismantling of loosed cement concrete of ceiling, beams, columns etc. and cleaning the existing surface/ reinforcement etc. by means sand blasting with coarse sand followed by cleaning with oil free air blast i/c disposal of malba to the dumping ground withing a lead of 50 m complete as per direction of E/I i/c providing, mixing and applying cement based polymer modified bonding slurry made of cement and polymer as per specification and direction of E/I.(AOR) 4 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work (DSR-18/ Item Code No.-13.52.1)AOR 5 P/L Chemseal of equivalent injection water proofing (post construction) treatment to the under ground structure as per direction of the architect Engineer in charge i/c cost of all labour & materials. The injection method will include under mentioned operations. a) Operation I : Holes about 20 to 25 mm in and 25 yp 40 mm deep are to be mede & about 1.0 to 1.5 apart in the entire floor and walls in addition all the constructions joints are opened by making grooves as to reach reinforcement are thenfixed in these holes.b) Operation II : After left the nozzle to set for abour 24 hours chemseal cement slurry is unjucted through those nozzel under pressure or by gravity which runs through mimute and cracks in the entire structure. c) Operation III : The nozzel are then removed and 40 mm thick chemseal cement plaster with stone agg. Embedded is laid at the bottom. (AOR) 6 P/F MS specials such as Tee, Bends, Collars, Tapers, Gap pieces, including Flange Ends as required, Painting, Cutting, welding as per site requirement of MS pipe thickness etc complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.
