construction of arpa bhaisajhar barrage project including structural steel gate, remote control room, remote control operation stop log gate and gantry crane and other appurtenent works for irrigation across arpa river and operation & maintenance for two years after completion of construction works in distt. bilaspur (c.g.) and construction of main canal from “0 km. to 55 km. “ length may vary to achieve optimum command area and its distribution network with distributaries, minors and sub minors including all hydraulic structures, aqueduct , railway and road, canal crossing structures as per topographical requirement, cement concrete lining of main canal from 0 km. to 55 km. length may vary to achieve optimum command area of 25000 ha. this work also include finalization of detailed alignment by survey of main canal and its distributaries, minors, sub minors, providing and fixing of colaba (outlet) down to 40 ha. chak of 25000 ha. of command area on lumpsum contract basis. the work comprising of planning, survey, drawing, designs, estimation of all components, preparation of land acquisition cases and submission to department for awards from revenue authority, shifting and reinstallation of h.t. & l.t. electric lines, telephone line, water supply line, where required etc. providing and fixing of bench mark at every 1.00 km. and fixing of reference pillar’s of size 0.30 x 0.45 m. (0.15 m. above ground level) at every 100 m. with writing of bench mark value on top & writing of r.d. wise location at every structures on upstream & down stream face of canal, writing benchmark value at parapet of every structures, necessary provision shall be made for discharge measuring devise to regulate the discharge effectively and correctly. water tightness test & load bearing test of structures shall be carried out where ever required and as directed by engineer-in-charge construction of service road on main canal and distributary with moorum topping including, supervision of all type of works. taking measurement, preparation of bills & establishment of quality control unit at site, during construction of work monitoring and implementation of all activities of the contract. testing by running of canals upto the tail point for minimum three days continually and commissioning of distribution canal system etc and operation and maintenance of head work andcanal irrigation system for two complete years.
