RVF Motor Bag Filter Cleaning & Unloading SpoutCharges for cleaning RVF motor bag filter in silo up keeping of bag filters and unloading spout ensuring free and continuous flow of fly ash from silos to unloading spout respectively by carrying-out the works as detailed in the annexure enclosed and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including hire charges for T&P required, consumables and etc.,

Bottom ash Silo Bag Filter Cleaning & Unloading Spout Opening of manhole of the Bag filter unit in bottom ash silos after due isolation, and after sufficient cooling dismantling air purging line, removal of all the Bag filters one by one, bringing the Bag filter outside the housing, cleaning with compressed air, checking of bag filter/cage any damage or in the cage and refitting all the bag filters in position, and closing the man hole as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including hire including hire charges for T&P required, consumables andetc.

Charges for clearing the ash chock & reconditioning of wetting head of RCCsilos ( This works involves complete dismantling of wetting head assembly, sleeve coupling,HPwater lines & Mixing Box and clearing the ash chock and reconditiong the wetting head nozzles and reassembling) .
