| 1 | Annual Routine Maintenance of Electro Mechanical and Hydro Mechanical Equipment’s of barrage including sweeping and cleaning for the year 2022-23 |
| 2 | Annual routine maintenance of all hydro-mechanical & elctro-mechenical components, equipments, machines and other related structure of Joshiyara Barrage as per operation and maintenance manual, including arrangement of all skilled manpower of routine maintenance in general duty hours, arrangement of all T&P and general consumables etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( One Job means arrangement of all manpower, T&P and general consumable in one month) |
| 3 | Daily up keeping and gardening in whole barrage complex including supply of desired plants, flower pots, labour, T&P and general consumable manure, medicines for plant etc.It also regular watering pruning & bush cutting etc.(One Job means arrangement of all manpower, T&P and general consumable in one month) |
| 4 | Daily sweeping & cleaning of whole barrage premises and dead animals in barrage complex and safe disposal of the same in trenching ground as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. It also includes daily sweeping, cleaning of barrage control room & barrage office. (One Job means arrangement of all manpower, T&P and general consumable in one month) |
| 5 | All indoor areas, staircases,security guard booths, control room, LT Room including furniture, pannels and walls should be mopped with a disinfectant with 1% sodium hypochlorite or chloroxylenol or parachlorometaxylenol disinfectants atleast twice in a week.High contact surfaces such pannel buttons, handrails / handles and other office machines should be cleaned twice daily by mopping with a linen/absorbable cloth soaked in 1% sodium hypochlorite.For metallic surfaces like door handles, security locks, keys etc. 70% alcohol can be used to wipe down surfaces (One Job means arrangement of all manpower, T&P and general consumable in one month) |

| 7 | Engaging of Hydraulic excavator (3D) with driver, helper & fuel as and when required as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Operation Of Hoppers Flushing Pump and other works at Joshiyara Barrage in Evening shift / Night Shift |
| 9 | Provide daily peon services for the office, including but not limited to maintaining office cleanliness and tidiness, internal file, letter and document delivery, Assisting with filing and document organization, Photocopying and scanning as needed, Running errands for office staff, Serving refreshments during meetings, Performing other reasonable assigned duties, etc.. Services to be rendered for twenty (20) working days per month. |
