Tender For Different Types Repair Works In Obra Residential Colony For Personnels Of Obra Hydel Power Station And Water Proofing Work Over The Sheds Of Central Store Of Hops At Obra Sonebhadra U.P., 1 Schedule-01 Different types repair works in Obra residential colony for personnels of Obra Hydel Power Station at Obra Sonebhadra (U.P.) 2 Excavation in foundation soil mixed with moorum/ shingle/kankar including lift upto 1.5 Meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of the surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 Meter from the foundation trenches. 3 Concrete with 4cm. gauge stone ballast down graded, coarse sand of 2.5 fineness modulus and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. 4 Cement concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 5 1st class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortars in foundation and plinth including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 6 1st class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortars in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required and also including honey comb brick work, thickness of wall shall not be less than one brick thick. (230mm). 7 1st class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortars in super structure for wall of thickness half brick (115mm) thick & 1:6 cement mortar. 8 Brick work with old or dismentled bricks in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in 230 mm thick wall in super structure including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper complition of work but excluding the cost of bricks. 9 Engagement of carpenter mistri for non-measured work in repair and maintenance of wood work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with all T&P required (Labour rates only). 10 Engagement of plumber for non measured work in repair and maintenance work in internal /external water supply pipe line as per direction of E/I with all T&P required.(Labour only). 11 Engagement of beldar for non measured work such as cleaning of roof terrace, sun shed and other miscellaneous work as per direction of E/I. 12 Dismantellaing door and window chowkhat including stacking of materials as directed by engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60m. 13 Dismantellaing door and window leaves including stacking of materials as directed by engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60m. 14 Supply/ Fixing of country wood frame for doors & window chaukhats of good quality in required size including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. 15 Mild steel or iron work in heavy size such as truss built up gates,door, frames,record,rack,roof work gates etc. Wrought to required from including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alighnment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor. 16 R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 for slabs with Chopan coarse sand excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G. binding wire and also including cost of all materials. cost of binding wire, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 17 TMT or TOR steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending as per requirement and direction of E/l for proper completion of work and including supply of steel, its wastage, labour and T&P etc. complete (bend hooks ands authorized overlapping in reinforcement shall be measured). 18 Supply and fixing of 4.0 cm thick Indian Country woodbraced and battened door shutters including supply of necessary nails and screws. 19 supply and fixing of 32 mm thich single leaf flush door shutter ( boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made ) commercial quality to I.S.2202 part-1(1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts,locks,handles,springs and other fittings but excluding their supply including all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 20 supply and fixing of 32 mm thich double leaf flush door shutter ( boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made ) commercial quality to I.S.2202 part-1(1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts,locks,handles,springs and other fittings but excluding their supply including all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 21 S/F of mosquito proof jail iron wire mesh of gauge (16x24) over window frames with Country woodCountry woodbattens wood beading(8cm*1cm) but including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. 22 Providing and replacing of L drops 16 mm Ø x 300 mm long of chromium polished iron fittings of approved make as per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge including cost of nuts, bolts & screws etc. complete. 23 Providing and replacing of L drops 16 mm Ø x 200 mm long of chromium polished iron fittings of approved make as per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge including cost of nuts, bolts & screws etc. complete. 24 Providing and replacing of Tower bolts 10 mm Ø x 250 mm long of chromium polished iron fittings of approved make as per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge including cost of nuts, bolts & screws etc. complete. 25 Providing and replacing of Tower bolts 10 mm Ø x 100 mm long of chromium polished iron fittings of approved make as per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge including cost of nuts, bolts & screws etc. complete. 26 Iron Hinges 100 mm size & 12 gauge thick of chromium polished iron fittings of approved make as per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge including cost of nuts, bolts & screws etc. complete. 27 Providing and replacing of M.S. Handles 100 to 150 mm size of chromium polished iron fittings of approved make as per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge including cost of nuts, bolts & screws etc. complete. 28 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement and coarse sand 2.5 fineness modulus over brick work, minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 29 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & four part of coarse sand (1:4), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work. 30 Applying one coat of iron oxide/wood primer on new/old wood/iron surface and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix plant including cleaning and sand papering and making smooth surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work. 31 Providing two coat of Oil bond distemper of required shade over old treated surface including scraping and brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other materials to give smooth surface including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. 32 White washing two coats on old surface including cost of all material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. 33 Supply & fixing of 4mm. thick Glass Panes with brad and putty of approved quality for windows. 34 Supply and fixing 24 guage annodized aluminium sheets of approved quality including cutting wastage and fixing the same over the wooden door shutter with nails with all materials, labour and T&P. 35 Supply and Laying 8 mm thickglazed floor tiles of Somany, Johnson or equivalent make, , laid with1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with whitecement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supplyof all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 36 Supply and Laying 6 mm thickglazed tiles in skirting / dado laid with1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with whitecement slurry, jointing and polishing complete,including supplyof all materials, labour and T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of the work. 37 2.5 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement and marble dust mixing ratio of 5:1 or as specified and removing over lapping of mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish without base concrete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 38 Providing & fixing glass strip of 3.15 mm thick and 2.5cm deep in joints of floor & skirting at the time of laying floors flush with floor level including all materials, labour & T&P etc. complete. 39 Providing & fixing 15 mm dia ISI approved CPVC / UPVCPipe complete with specials as bends, tee, sockets cross, clamps, etc. Earth work including filling the trenches etc. required for proper completion of the work. The rate also in includes concealed G.I. fitting where required, cutting and making good the walls etc. and all material labour T&P etc. complete. 40 Providing and fixing plain edge looking mirror 5.50mm thick glass Indian polished (Atul of equivalent make) size 600mm x 450mm as per approved sample with 6mm thick hard board sheet back fixed with PVC cleats & brass screws and washers including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for porper completion of work. 41 Providing and fixing 550x400mm wash hand basin of white glazed earthen ware first quality ISI marked ( Hindustan, Neycer/Ceramake) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for the proper complition of the work. 42 Providing and fixing Stainless steel sink 610x450x200 mm heavy quality ISI marked including all materials, labour, cartage T&P etc. required for proper complition of work. 43 Schedule-02 Water proofing work overthe Sheds of Central Store at HOPS Obra Sonebhadra (U.P.). 44 Scraping of old tarfelt / torchshield completely from roof including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meters. 45 Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced withglass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM,D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. 46 Engagement of beldar/Labour/Majdoor for non measured andmiscellaneous work as per direction of E/I. 47 Supply and fixing 22 B.W.G. GalvanizedIron Ridges valley and gutters forroofing fixed with J or U bolts 10mm. dia or screws with G.I. Limpet & bitumen washersincluding supply of all Materials, labour,wastage and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.
