Project Description

Tender For Gas Sensing Measurement Set Up; 1 Process Chamber 1) The D-type box chamber made of non-magnetic, non-corrosive stainless steel grade SS-304, and electro polished 10 Liters Chamber size: 200 mm (Length) x 200 mm (Breadth) x 315mm (Height). 2) The vacuum chamber will be a front loading type and the front access door is O-ring sealed. 3) The front opening door is hinged on one side for opening/closing. 4) Door will be provided with one 3 inch view port with shutter. 2 Mounting Frame 5) Support structure is made of tubular mild steel and powder coated to house the process chamber. 3 Pumping System 6) Provision for connecting rotary pump to the vacuum lines 7) Vacuum lines made of stainless steel, fitted with bellow adopter wherever necessary to arrest the vibration. All the vacuum lines fittings are argon arc welded using TIG welding technique. 4 Vacuum Gauges 8)Vacuum Gauges - 1 Number 9) Pirani gauge head (1 Number) with cable is provided to measure vacuum from atm to 10-3 m bar. 10) 4 Pin electrical connector – 2 Numbers. 5 Substrate Heater with Controller 11) A 3” diameter of substrate holder with heating facility up to 500 oC is mounted to the bottom plate of the chamber. 12) Thyristor/PID based heater controller with necessary thermocouple to maintain substrate temperature ± 5C. 13) Heater for Liquid – 1 Number 6 Gas management system 14) Each target gas cylinder must be provided with separate Mass Flow Controllers (imported) which should be placed in a separate console box with all necessary valves in case the target gas is purged from a cylinder for ease of operation and maintenance. 7 Gas cylinder 15) Ammonia (≥ 10.2 lit capacity), 16) NO2 (≥ 10.2 lit capacity), 17) CO2 (≥ 10.2 lit capacity), 18) Methane (≥ 10.2 lit capacity) 8 Humidity Sensor 19) Humidity sensor with display, where the sensor will be fixed inside the chamber with an external display 9 Additional Requirements 20) Onsite training, troubleshooting, and demonstration support must be provided to the operator either through video calls or hands-on experience for basic and comprehensive assistance with the instrument. 21) The machine should necessitate only minimal maintenance for optimal performance. 22) Compact design with a stable drive for enhanced structural efficiency. 23) Supplier must submit the list of credentials (the party/organization where they have supplied similar equipment along with the contact person name, contact number (mobile/land line) and email address). 24) Quoted Gas sensing measurement setup should be compatible with Hioki IM3536 LCR meter. 25) Quoted Gas sensing measurement setup should be compatible with Rotary vane vacuum pump of maximum vacuum pressure of 1*10-3 mbar. 26) Quoted Gas sensing measurement setup should be compatible with separate mass flow controllers provided for each target gas cylinder. 27) Supplier must share the contact details (contact number and email address) of
